What US size is a European 38?
A women's EU 38 converts to a US 7. Each half EU size moves you half a US size: EU 37 is a US 6 and EU 39 is a US 8.
How do UK and US women's shoe sizes compare?
UK women's sizes run two sizes smaller than US sizes. A UK 5 is a US 7, and a UK 6 is a US 8.
Are Australian women's sizes the same as US sizes?
Yes. In standard women's sizing, Australian and US numbers match, so an AU 7 is a US 7.
How do Japanese and Korean shoe sizes work?
Both measure foot length. Japanese sizes are in centimetres and Korean sizes in millimetres, so a JP 24 cm or a KR 255 mm is a US 7.
Are Italian and French sizes the same as EU sizes?
French sizes match EU sizes. Italian sizes usually run one size smaller, so an IT 37, an EU 38 and a FR 38 are all a US 7.
What about Brazilian and Mexican shoe sizes?

Can I use this converter for men's shoes?
No. This chart is for women's shoes only. Men's US sizes run about one and a half sizes smaller than women's, so a women's US 7 is roughly a men's 5.5.
