Privacy Policy

Effective October 24, 2026. This policy explains what information NurFüsse (“NurFüsse,” “we,” “us”) collects when you use nurfusse.com and its member area, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. NurFüsse is an adult publication: the site is for people 18 and older.

Information you give us

• Account. When you join, we receive your email address and the name and profile details you choose to add. Your password is handled by our website platform, Wix; we never see it.

• Plans and purchases. If you buy a plan or product, we receive your name, email, billing address and order details. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we don’t receive or store full card numbers.

• Messages and forms. What you send through our contact forms, chat or email, including your name and email address.

• Newsletter and downloads. Your email address when you subscribe or request a book download, along with when you confirmed it and how often the download was used.

• Votes and comments. Your choices when you vote in the graFEETi Gallery, and anything you post in public areas such as comments or your member profile.

Models and contributors

If you appear in or contribute to NurFüsse — for example as a Foot Model of the Month, in a sock review or in the graFEETi Gallery — we keep the details you give us to run that feature: your stage name, photos and the profile information you agree to publish, and private details such as your legal name, email, phone number, address and payment handles. Private details are never shown on the site. They are stored separately, are visible only to NurFüsse administrators, and are used only to contact or pay you. You can ask us at any time to update your profile or remove it.

Information collected automatically

• Usage and device data. Like most websites, our platform records your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring site and the date and time of your visit. We use it to run, secure and improve the site.

• Cookies. Cookies and similar technologies keep you signed in, remember your cart and settings, and — only if you allow them — measure how the site is used. You can change your choice at any time with Cookie Preferences at the bottom of every page, or in your browser settings.

• Gallery votes. To allow one vote per person, we store a random visitor ID and a one-way scrambled (“hashed”) version of your IP address — not the address itself.

• Embedded media. Some pages show videos from services such as YouTube and Vimeo. When you play them, those services may collect data under their own privacy policies.

How we use information

• To provide the site, your account, plans and purchases, and to send downloads you request.

• To answer your messages and provide support.

• To send our newsletter and updates, if you signed up. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

• To publish features you agreed to take part in, and to contact and pay contributors.

• To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and duplicate voting, and fix problems.

• To understand which pages people read so we can improve them.

• To meet legal obligations and enforce our terms.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for targeted advertising. We share it only:

• With service providers that run the site for us — Wix (hosting, accounts, forms, chat, email and store), payment processors, and email delivery — and only for that purpose.

• When you make it public, for example a public member profile or a comment.

• For legal reasons, if required by law, legal process or to protect the rights, safety and property of NurFüsse, our contributors or others.

• In a business transfer, if NurFüsse is sold or merged, subject to this policy.

When we post our own articles to social networks such as X, Facebook, Instagram and Bluesky, we share only our published content — never your personal information. Those networks, and the social links on our site, are governed by their own privacy policies.

Sensitive information

NurFüsse covers adult and fetish topics, so the fact that you visit, subscribe or buy here could reveal something personal about you. We treat that information as sensitive: we use it only to provide the site and never sell or share it for advertising. Please don’t post private details about yourself or others in public areas.

How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above. Account information is kept while your account is open and deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time after you close it. Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting laws require. Contributor details are kept while the feature is on the site and for a reasonable period afterward in case we need to contact or pay you. Messages are kept as long as needed to deal with them.

Security

We use the security measures of our platform and providers, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limited administrator access. No system is completely secure, so we can’t guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and will notify you if the law requires.

Your choices and rights

• Your account. You can view and update your profile in the member area at any time.

• Emails. Use the unsubscribe link in any email.

• Cookies. Use Cookie Preferences at the bottom of the page or your browser settings.

• Access, correction and deletion. You can ask us for a copy of your information, to correct it, or to delete it by emailing buddysox@nurfusse.com.

US state privacy rights. Depending on where you live — including Maryland, where NurFüsse is based, and California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and other states with privacy laws — you may have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to access, correct or delete it, to get a copy you can take elsewhere, to opt out of its sale, sharing for targeted advertising or profiling, and to limit the use of sensitive information. We don’t sell or share personal information or use it for targeted advertising, and we honor Global Privacy Control browser signals as an opt-out request. To make a request, email us; we’ll verify your identity by confirming details we already hold, and respond within 45 days. You may use an authorized agent, and if we deny your request you can appeal by replying to our decision. We will never treat you differently for using these rights.

Adults only

NurFüsse is for adults aged 18 and older and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us at buddysox@nurfusse.com and we will delete it.

Visitors outside the United States

NurFüsse is operated from Maryland, in the United States, and our providers may store information in the United States and other countries. By using the site, you understand your information will be processed there, where data-protection laws may differ from those where you live.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site changes. We will post the new version here with a new effective date, and if the changes are significant we will tell members by email or with a notice on the site.
